Of concern is that, although Iran cannot manufacture a nuclear weapon (in the traditional sense), that have enough material to make a few "dirty bombs".
All they have to do is strap a handful to hijacked oil tankers then set them adrift in the Strait of Hormuz. Triggering them effectively cuts off a fair chunk of the worlds oil supply for years to come.
